Inside Our Modern Paint Centre at Kaladera

SHUBH MARUTI AGRITECH has opened a new painting centre at RIICO Industrial Area , Kaladera (Rajasthan)
With a total investment of 1 million euros,the project represents a significant milestone in the modernisation of the production infrastructure.

A core element in the new painting centre is automation including new GRACO USA make Pro XP electrostatics guns with HC Kit package for painting auto parts & system three wheelers.

The production hall has modern assembly line and an intelligent quality control system .

The paint centre has two transporters for pre treatment line which has 10 tanks having capacity of 12 KL each .

Automatic Dry off oven , Paint booth with controlled temperature & humidity, Baking oven with temperature upto 200 degrees .

The paint plant uses innovative technologies from probably the best German make BASF Chemetall chemicals & Kansai Nerolac Paint & Primer along with Asian PPG 2 K sealant system.

The ETP plant ensures processing of discharge water which is then reused for watering the trees . This is one more step towards Clean & Green Planet .We dedicate this modern facility to our customers who deserve the best in class vehicles.
